Michael earned his Massachusetts real estate license in 1997. He spent 15 years with Success Real Estate, then 9 years with Keller Williams, where he built Peppino Realty Group largely through referrals and repeat clients. He joined Real Broker MA, LLC for its modern marketing and technology, and earned his Massachusetts broker license in 2024.

Raised in Weymouth and now based in Marshfield, Michael serves homeowners in Abington, Braintree, Cohasset, Duxbury, Hanover, Hingham, Hull, Kingston, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, Plymouth, Quincy, Rockland, Scituate and Weymouth. His experience covers single-family homes, waterfront properties, luxury homes, condominiums, new construction and investment properties.
Built on trust
Michael's work ethic started at Peppino's Marketplace, his family's farmers market and grocery store in Abington, where he worked alongside his brother and his father, a Weymouth firefighter for 30 years. Serving neighbors every day taught him that business is built on trust, honesty and taking care of people.
Real estate is becoming a family business again: his sons, Mike and Marco, are preparing to join him at Real Broker MA, LLC.
