His work ethic started at Peppino's Marketplace, the family's farmers market and grocery store in Abington, where he worked alongside his brother and his father, a Weymouth firefighter for 30 years. Michael earned his license in 1997 and spent 15 years with Success Real Estate, then 9 years with Keller Williams, where he built Peppino Realty Group largely through referrals and repeat clients. He joined Real Broker MA, LLC for its modern marketing and technology, and earned his Massachusetts broker license in 2024.
Raised in Weymouth and now based in Marshfield, Michael brings a lifetime of local knowledge.
